Sessions / Payments
All sessions to be booked verbally, and are up to 60 minutes in duration.
All sessions to be booked a minimum of a full 24 hours in advance. NO same day sessions.
All sessions to be paid, in full, at the time of booking. Secure payment via BACS.
Please read the following if a session has been booked for the next day:
If the client has booked a session for the following day, the client will be given until 8pm on the day they booked to pay for the session and secure the timeslot. If payment is not received by 8pm, the pre-booked session will be released to be used by other clients, with no notification of cancellation.
Cancelled / Missed Sessions
If, for any reason, the client cannot attend the booked therapy session, a minimum of a full 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel the booked session, verbally by telephone, (office hours ONLY). If a full 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is not given, any advanced payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.
If the correct cancellation procedure is followed, one calendar month (28 days) is available to rebook the cancelled session, otherwise the fee will be retained as a missed session fee.
If, for any reason, the client misses the rebooked therapy session, with no notice of cancellation, any advanced payment will be retained as a missed session fee.
Late for Sessions
If the client is late to the booked therapy session, for any reason, the duration of the session cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time. No refund of monies paid.
Out-of-Hours Contact
NO emergency out-of-hours service is provided.
Should the client require emergency help between therapy sessions, please contact some / all of the following:

admit yourself into your local hospital's Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department;
telephone / visit your local doctor's surgery;
telephone the Samaritans: 116 123.
